This October, Quezon City celebrates its 79th year of cityhood with the unique award as “The MostCompetitive City” in the Philippines. This recognition has been awarded to Quezon City for three (3) consecutive years, 2016, 2017 & 2018.
All of us know it as Quezon Avenue, most call it simply Quezon Av, only a few will recognize its full name, Manuel L. Quezon Avenue, in memory of the second President of the Philippines, President Manuel L. Quezon. Quezon Av spans 7.1 kilometers from the Welcome Rotonda at the boundary of Quezon City and Manila up to the Quezon Memorial Circle in the center of Quezon City’s industrial district. Many may not be aware that the remains of President MLQ are interred within the Quezon Memorial Circle monument. Still others may not know that the full name of President MLQ is Manuel Luis Quezon y Molina, so that his maternal family name is actually Molina.
In the middle of the thoroughfare that is Quezon Avenue stands one of the pioneering branches of CareHealth Plus Systems International, Inc. – the Quezon Avenue Branch Office located at the APC Building, 1186 Quezon Avenue. What started as an unassuming and small 36 square meter office at the 5th floor is now an 80 square meter enterprise occupying two floors (2nd & 5th) of the APC Building. CareHealth Plus-Quezon Av indeed has arrived!!With her regal bearing, Ms. Belen F. Rodil, Senior Branch Manager, stays at the helm of CareHealth Plus-Quezon Ave branch indeed has arrived.
